EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

 

Thank you for shopping on Pentagone.com. If the product (s) purchased online do not meet your expectations, here are the proposals available to you:

 

  • We will refund or exchange your items purchased at regular price within 30 days of the date of your order.
  • Items purchased on sale with a discount of less than 50% or the mention “Redeemable only” are not refundable, they are exchangeable only. ("Redeemable only" is always written in the product or category description).
  • Items purchased on promotion or on sale at 50% off and more, are final sale.

     

    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS:

    1. IN ONE OF OUR SHOPS:

    1a. You must have your purchase invoice when you visit the store.

    1b. Go to the store closest to you.

    1. BY MAILING:
      Return only. No exchange possible by mailing.
      (Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges by mail. However, you can go to one of our stores to make an exchange.)

     

    2a. Ship the product you wish to return to

    * Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the box.

    2b. Email us back @pentagone.com with your order number explaining which item (s) you want to return and the reason for the return.

    3b. Once we have received your products, we will process your request and it will be confirmed by email.

    *. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
    *. Please make sure all of the above conditions are met before you return the product (s) to us.

     

    Conditions: 

    1. Refunds and exchanges are granted within 30 days of the order date shown on your invoice or packing slip.
    2. The merchandise must be returned in good condition in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, unaltered and with the original labels. You must have the original receipt or packing slip on hand.
    3. Shipping and transportation costs are not refundable.
    4. In the event of a return, shipping costs will be applied if the amount of the initial purchase, less the items returned, is less than $ 100.
    5. Refunds are applied to the payment method used during the purchase.
    6. Items marked “Final Sale” are not exchangeable or refundable. (" Final Sale" is always listed in the product or category description)
    7. Exchanges must be made in store only. Exchanges by mail are not possible.
