What are the returns and exchange policies when purchasing from the online store?

Thank you for shopping on Pentagone.com. If the product (s) purchased online do not meet your expectations, here are the proposals available to you:

 

  • We will exchange your items purchased at regular price within 30 days of the date of your order.
  • Items purchased on sale with a discount of less than 50% are not refundable and can be exchanged for free in store.
  • Items purchased on promotion or on sale at 50% off or more, are final sale and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

How do I return an item?

In stores

1a. You must have your purchase invoice when you visit the store.

Return only. No exchange possible by mailing.
(Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges by mail. However, you can go to one of our stores to make an exchange.)

2a. Ship the product you wish to return to

2b. Email us back @pentagone.com with your order number explaining which item (s) you want to return and the reason for the return.

3b. Once we have received your products, we will process your request and it will be confirmed by email.

*. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
*. Please make sure all of the above conditions are met before you return the product (s) to us.

Conditions
  1. Refunds and exchanges are granted within 30 days of the order date shown on your invoice or packing slip.
  2. The merchandise must be returned in good condition in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, unaltered and with the original labels. You must have the original receipt or packing slip on hand.
  3. Shipping and transportation costs are not refundable.
  4. In the event of a return, shipping costs will be applied if the amount of the initial purchase, less the items returned, is less than $ 100.
  5. Refunds are applied to the payment method used during the purchase.
  6. Items marked “Final Sale” are not exchangeable or refundable. (“Final Sale” is always listed in the product or category description)
  7. Exchanges must be made in store only. Exchanges by mail are not possible.
  8. In the case of a programming error or a "bug" and the price displayed is not the correct one, Pentagone can cancel a transaction made on the online store.

What is the delivery delay?

Currently our delivery times are between 7 to 10 working days. Serving you as quickly as possible is our priority.

My order has not yet shipped, is this normal?

We are working hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. For any questions regarding your order, please contact the web orders department, mentioning your order number and your question at: web command @pentagone.com

Is it possible to collect my order in a store to save delivery costs?

Unfortunately, our current system does not allow in-store pickup. However, if your order reaches $ 75, shipping will be free.

Is it possible to modify and/or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

To modify or cancel an order you must contact the web orders department at web command @pentagone.com indicating your order number, your telephone numberone as well as your request. An agent will contact you to complete the transaction with you by telephone.one.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including costs incurred for returns. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
