If the product (s) purchased online do not meet your expectations, we will refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. ** Due to the hatching of covid-19, we have modified and softened our return times. You will have up to 30 days following the reopening of the shops for any exchange or refund.
How to return or exchange your items:

1a. You must have your purchase invoice when you visit the store.
2a. Go to the store closest to you.

(Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges by mail. However, you can go to one of our stores to make an exchange.)
1b. Ship the product you wish to return to

* Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the box.
2b. Email us at return @pentagone.com with your order number explaining which item (s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
3b. Once we have received your products, we will process your request and it will be confirmed by email.
