EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Thank you for shopping on Pentagone.com. If the product (s) purchased online do not meet your expectations, we will refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. ** Due to the hatching of covid-19, we have modified and softened our return times. You will have up to 30 days following the reopening of the shops for any exchange or refund.

How to return or exchange your items:

* Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the box.
2b. Email us at return @pentagone.com with your order number explaining which item (s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
3b. Once we have received your products, we will process your request and it will be confirmed by email.

*. Make sure that all of the above conditions are met before returning the product (s) to us.


Conditions:

  1. Refunds and exchanges are granted within 10 days of the date on your invoice or the packing slip.
  2. The goods must be returned in good condition in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, unmodified and with the original labels. You must have the original receipt or the packing slip on hand.
  3. Shipping and transportation costs are not refundable.
  4. In the event of a return, shipping costs will be applied if the amount of the initial purchase, less the items returned, is less than $ 100.
  5. Refunds are applied to the payment method used during the purchase.
  6. Items with the mention “Final Sale” are not exchangeable or refundable. ("Final Sale" is always listed in the description of the product or category)
