Is it possible to pay with a gift card online?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow online gift card payment.

Can I buy a gift card online?

Unfortunately, gift cards can only be purchased in store.

Is it possible to pay by Paypal on your website?

Currently we do not offer the option of payment by Paypal.

I would like to order online, how does it work for returns and exchanges?

What is the delivery delay?

Currently our delivery times are between 7 to 10 working days. Serving you as quickly as possible is our priority.

My order has not yet shipped, is this normal?

We are working hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. For any questions regarding your order, please contact the web orders department, mentioning your order number and your question at: web command @pentagone.com

Is it possible to collect my order in a store to save delivery costs?

Unfortunately, our current system does not allow in-store pickup. However, if your order reaches $ 75, shipping will be free.

Is it possible to modify and/or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

To modify or cancel an order you must contact the web orders department at web command @pentagone.com indicating your order number, your telephone numberone as well as your request. An agent will contact you to complete the transaction with you by telephone.one.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including costs incurred for returns. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are the online prices the same as in stores?

Yes! All our prices are identical in store and online. If you notice a difference, there is a problem and we are trying to fix it as quickly as possible.
